Over the past 15+ years, I have worked at the intersection of complex internet security, protocol analysis, identity architecture, and threat intelligence. My experience spans mission-critical environments across government agencies, defense and military sectors, financial institutions, private enterprises, and fintech platforms.
As CEO of the cybersecurity startup Swarmtech (swarmtech.xyz) for 6 years, as well as a former executive leader (COO) and principal security architect, I have led technical strategy, policy development, and engineering teams to design and deploy national-scale digital infrastructure — including Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) platforms, encrypted messaging systems, and secure digital election solutions.
For the last 3 years, my engineering focus has extended to architecting and developing secure mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms, ensuring end-to-end encryption, local key protection, and resilient client-side security postures.
